      Thanks! We think our people are great, too! We actively analyze salaries to be sure we are competitive in the market, so we feel our entire compensation package is leading edge. There will always be exceptions in individual cases, but we really do try!

      Pros

      There are some great people that work at Transwestern, and the company is very organized in its property management segment. As always, the team you are assigned to makes all the difference. Very straight forward position and expectations.

      Cons

      With all property management jobs, location is everything. If you are located in a nice area, it's great to come to work each day, but if you are located in a not so great area, then your work environment won't be quite the same.

      We have properties in diverse areas in diverse states and markets. While many of our properties are considered to be Class A, we also have some that aren't.
