Pros

You are treated like a full-time employee and are given projects to help enhance your understanding of the commercial real estate market.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons because my experience there last Summer was phenomenal.

Pros

Transwestern is a great place with even better people. They emphasize a healthy work-life balance and encourage a very welcoming work place. Big picture is very clear and management is very devoted to making sure everyone is on board. Overall, a great place to work.

Cons

Sometimes it can feel a bit disorganized. I have had problems with payroll in the past. Part of me thinks that because it is a large PRIVATE company there are less controls within the company to deal with the little stuff.
