Pros

Great company, fun culture here. There are opportunities for advnacement

Cons

You need to really push for advancement- there are a lot of big company policy red tape that can get in the way of systems progress- but you just have to push and you will be listened to.

Pros

Flexible in work schedule, they even give you a day off to volunteer somewhere. Good benefits.

Cons

Not paid nearly what you are worth. Finding out others in my field are paid about $10-15k more, doing less.
