Pros

My team and the teams we work with in chicago are amazing. Although it's marketing for real estate, and the brokers can be a bit annoying, everyone is usually treated with great respect in the office.

Cons

The companies values as a whole are not super aligned with mine. There is a lot of backing away from "anything political" and just other pretty conservative Texas values.

Cons

The company is very slow in terms of career advancement and has a relatively non existent career path for development
