Pros

4 major pros come to mind (and these are truly my 100% honest observations): - Genuinely talented and kind people who are a joy to work with and are great at what they do. - An authentic, positive, and personable work culture with lots of office events and not much drama. - An agile, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunities to present and implement new ideas, strategies, and resources - A big emphasis on supporting and cultivating growth from *within* the organization.

Cons

While you can request to work remotely on occasion, there's not much flexibility for a hybrid schedule.
