Pros

A great National support system. Working on its Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Cons

Speaking from a local level standpoint only...city leader can't keep or form a creative/marketing team. Expects you to service an entire region and complete high-level tasks for upper management under an entry-level title. Rarely promotes support staff within.

Pros

Transwestern is an organization that, in my opinion, really cares about its employees. During the pandemic, the Mid-Atlantic region quickly closed offices (allowing for remote work) in order to ensure team members stayed safe. There was constant communication within the organization from management and leadership.

Cons

Workload can be heavy with quick turnaround/lead times. Very Houston centric (the HQ.)
