Pros

Culture in the smaller offices is good, people are very tight-knit. Not so much in the bigger offices.

Cons

Everything was slowly getting worse as I left the company... management, IT, growth was stagnant, wages were stagnant. Even other long term employees were considering leaving.

Pros

-Management wanted me to succeed -People were generally helpful and friendly -Upper management seemed professional.

Cons

-The mentorship/training was not a positive experience or useful to me. -I was approached about starting a sales position and went with it. I did not anticipate how much I would dislike this. -The office environment was very isolating and I did not get along well with my mentor. -I was not a fit for sales, yet management wanted me to be.

Pros

Good group of young professionals that are encouraged to network and further education in their field.

Cons

No standardized systems or workflow across portfolios. Toxic relationship between property management and accounting department. Projects are not adequately staffed. There is not enough support from other departments and upper management.
