Pros

Autonomy over what you do and flexibility in work location

Cons

Have to figure everything out on your own, even the company inner workings and how to get your services billed. Project management is just an add service and not a revenue driver for the company so at the bottom of the barrel of priorities.

Pros

This feels like a small family owned business, but still has the infrastructure and resources of a corporation. Very entrepreneurial spirit, and they allow you to pave your own way within the company.

Cons

They will put raises and bonuses on hold for everyone, in order to avoid layoffs. It's unfortunate, but it just shows the integrity of the leadership at this company.

Pros

Nice enough management. Nice buildings. Good pay. Multiple growth opportunities.

Cons

Very understaffed. Expect a huge portfolio and little help from upper management. Corporate events get a little too boozy.
