Pros

Top management and c-level are very accessible, there is lots of opportunity for advancement and ability to work up through the ranks, encourage employees to be creative

Cons

The company is slow to scale and grow, extra work tends to be put on support roles and can be spread thin

Pros

I work with such a great team and company. The company is terrific and always looks to the future and how they can be better. Out of the 20 years I have been employed, this team is the absolute best I have worked with.

Cons

Advancement is slow, seems like longevity is more important than merit
