Pros

Company has a lot of resources to get you trained at your job. You can establish some very good working relationships within the company and outside of the company.

Cons

No life work balance. If your young and single, this is the job for you. Be prepared to work long hours.

Pros

Good culture and work life balance. Great incentives for accountants, jeans to work, work from home 1 day a week, summer early days, flexible work schedules.

Cons

Training is spotty and lacks structure. Medical premiums and deductibles are very high.
