      Pros

      Able to Grow fast in the company. Non Union so abilities bring growth not how long I've been here.

      Cons

      Other than Summer construction I wish we could work all employees year around locally.

      Thanks for your comments. Transystems is a Non-Union company, we deal person-to-person without barriers. We treat one another fairly, safely, and openly so there is no need for outsiders to represent the interest of Transystems people.

      gr8 pay, nice co-workers, sweet bosses.

      Cons

      long 12 hour shifts, old crappy truckers, 4 people share one truck. semi seasonal

      Friendly people to work around.

      Cons

      No benefits. Pay by the load even when circumstances beyond you're control hold up loading and unloading. Micro managing by people who have never driven trucks before.

      Thanks for the feedback. Employees are eligible for benefits including Medical and Dental insurance after three months of full time (130 hours) of work experiences. Drivers can also earn a vacation bonus after 1800 hours of service. Transystems offers a 4% matching 401K program after one year. Transystems had projects for drivers all year in 2014. We recruited truck drivers all Spring and Summer. We have plenty of work.
