      Pros

      60 hours per week during beet season and management is great to work with.

      Cons

      No overtime after 40 (agriculture exemption), straight time only.

      Can make good money if you work all the time and not gone all the time

      Cons

      They have driver facing cameras , they say it's for safety, how is it more safe if it's dinging at me and saying distracted ding ding distracted. I can't even scratch my ear. Ding ding distracted. I wasn't distracted but I am now camera. Now the camera has ding and took my attention off the road and onto the camera.not a good setup and causes distractions.

      Pros

      It is a great place to get your CDL and start your career. You will learn a lot about the trucking industry, it's not all rainbows and unicorn... It's a great place to finish up your career.

      Cons

      It is not a place most people would make a career of as it is seasonal winter work. It is a part time gig, that's all it is. The pay is OK but you have to work a ton of hours to make money. It's winter driving in the Mid-West. The equipment is not all that great. It may be newer, but that doesn't mean it runs.
