A pretty good company to work for, overall.

Pros

You can make decent money, yet still take off about 3 months of the year, if you want. Or, you can travel for an assignment in another area during the down time for extra money.

Cons

You have to start at night in extreme cold & often bad weather.

Thanks for the feedback. Many of our employees enjoy taking the best time of year (Summer) off to spend time with their families and enjoy the many recreational opportunities the West has to offer.
