      Pros

      Seasonal work so you have Summers off. Pay is only good because you are at work 12 hours a day 5 days a week.

      Cons

      Management doesn't really care about you. They act like they have given you more money than anyone in the history of the world. Trucks are used and abused. Drew shouldn't be a supervisor.

      Optional Hotel Housing 4 days on and 2 days off with options for OT The day is usually very pleasant Great health insurance

      Pay is lower than expected You are stuck in the middle a lot between what the company says and what actually happens and this can create stress and a definite lack of trust.
