Pros
Toronto office is better laid out than the Cedar Rapids office. Slowly coming round to the idea that they cannot hold onto legacy technology and get into this century. Some new senior directors seem to be receptive to accepting change.
Cons
Zero effort put into developing leaders, so you're stuck with bad managers. Payscale is well below market value in certain departments. Massive amounts of staff turnover, management seems to blind to it. The talented staff will join, see how things are, stick around till the bonus is distributed, and then leave in a year. You're often stuck with staff who are set in their ways and unable to work anywhere else. A lot of departments are woefully understaffed, be prepared to be very busy and under a lot of pressure.
