The pay and time off is great. The training is top notch

Cons

Lies about the area you will be working. I have to drive 2 to 2.5 hours for claims and I’m unable to get the work I need done within my “working hours”. I’m not sure about other districts but where I’m located the communication sucks with my management. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve had to wing it because nobody would help me. Job can be very stressful since you are dealing with people usually for a full 2 months to handle everything.
