Pros

Travelers seeks to identify and encourage each individual's strengths and ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time. Strong rewards are available for high performance and generally I have found leaders to be open and interested with the employee base, and encouraging of ideas and insight from all levels. There is a strong collaborative culture which provides for exposure to different work groups and the opportunity to seek out new challenges.

Cons

Travelers has a rather conservative approach to risk and this can lead to protracted approval procedures and what can sometimes feel like excessive collaboration which can be frustrating at times. Travelers can be a demanding place to work and success will depend on your own willingness to go above and beyond your objectives, but the incentives are there.
