      Great, conservative company

      Pros

      Stable Company with little risk of losing position. Pay is fairly competitive with similar companies and benefits are reasonably priced as well.

      Cons

      Same issues with most large companies, peopel are opposed to change even when it is more effecient. Some of the sysetms are outdated. Senior management is extremely conservative with regards to finances. Although this has put us in an great position compared to the remainder of the market, we fail to act on standing. There seem to be plenty of purchasing opportunties, but we remain in our steadfast, conservative ways. It would be nice if we could pick up the pace a little and be more recognized.

      Pros

      Stable growing company with few layoffs and a challenging works environment. There is a great wealth of talent and employees who have been around a long time-which makes it great to learn from people with experience. The pay is OK but you really could do better.

      Cons

      Pay is below other companies, and management is very focused on cutting costs at the expense of employees. Communication is not a priority, and employee morale is often low. This can vary between divisions or operating managers so you might get lucky with a great local management team. You should also do a better job with pay scales!
