BEWARE if you need flexibility

Pros

Great benefits and a lot of starting PTO

Cons

The promise of "flexibility" is a lie. If you have any circumstances preventing you from coming in on an in-office day, instead of letting you work remotely management forces you to use PTO. The roads are currently covered in ice and management in my claim center would rather we risk our lives driving to work than let us work from home. To drive home that point they refuse to let us work remotely outside of our scheduled days. They would rather us not work at all than work from home, even being short staffed.
