Travelers is a great employer offering development opportunities, great salary, excellent benefits and rewarding career opportunities. The company cares about their customers, the community and it's employees. Giving back to the communities in which we live and work and commitment to diversity & inclusion are top priorities.

Cons

The company does a great job of developing their employees; if you're not interested in growing and developing, if you are not resilient and can't embrace change, or want a job where you can do the bare minimum, this may not be the place for you.

Cons

Salary increase is consistently sluggish, HR tries their best to make sure you get paid as little as possible. Leadership makes lots of confusing decisions...or maybe it makes sense since most tech leadership are not technical people.

Cons

The UK is a relatively small Europe branch of the much larger US parent company, so much of the business is US-centric despite not having the same type of insurance market. Limited training and oversight means you need to be a self-starter who takes initiative to actually develop.
