Great benefits, great people. Easy to reach out to leadership with concerns. In recent years, has moved i. The right direction with administrative updates that support employee growth and development.

Cons

No county administrator hamstrings progress and allows for politics to interfere with efficiency. Too relationship driven as a result. This frustrates the best employees who ultimately find better roles elsewhere. Pace can be exceedingly slow.
