Pros

Most of the staff are committed to running elections in a fair, professional way. Ballot Technologies, Ballot by Mail, the Call Center, are all good temporary jobs. Most people are genuinely committed to help election workers and voters.

Cons

The training department needs help. Most veterans left.

Pros

Workload is acceptable and opportunities to advance within 2-3 years are capable. Great start pay. Many areas internally to work at within county. 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts possible.

Cons

High turnover. Some areas are a bit challenging to work in, but with continued exposure and work you will commensurate experience in these areas and become a more valued officer.
