Some nice people. WL balance

Cons

Poor management. Had 3 bosses in just a few months. Lots of shuffling of positions without rhyme or reason. Lots of turnover and extremely little training. Multiple employees were let go for little to no reason.

Flexible hours, you get to work in a park, and be involved with the local community.

Cons

Did not get paid this year for a day I was scheduled but didn't work- full-time employees were paid, but not part-time. Last year, we did get paid for a cancelled work day.
