Pros

Additional training is good and provided regularly. But, to get started the intro training leaves you hanging. Good work/personal balance. Plenty of time of and flexibility to take it when you want/need.

Cons

Can get boring. Lots of expectations driven by politics. people move around a lot. There is a extremely wide range between good and bad employees. Might get stuck with crappy manager and have to deal...
