Pros

Most coworkers are pleasant to work with and have built multiple friendships at the company.

Cons

When expectations are set, they are not realistic. Previous training was a lot better than current training, while new reps are great, they aren't given the resources and training on programs that would be useful and most old reps were given when they trained.
