Some very good coworkers, good benefits and good opportunities for those in the right places.

Cons

Sometimes acts like a much smaller company and is very conservative. Some departments suffer from politics and favoritism.

Pros

Really friendly employees and management, pay is very good. Employees have been there for long long times. Also really good benefits.

Cons

Employees have been there for a long long time so opportunity for growth outside the branches is limited. Inconsistent with what they tell you and what they want you to do. Upper management really are clueless to what goes on in the branches and how limited we are, and how to position the branches. We still use MS Dos and crash monthly. Non communicating systems, No support outside the branch and overwhelming work load.
