Nice Effort but Very Outdated Approach

Decent pay but not aligned with local cost of living Good benefits

Cons

HR not helpful at all. Very rude and manipulative. Not at all concerned with helping the employees. Not supportive of mental/physical disabilities. High turn over. Don't value employee customer service efforts, just metrics. Very high performance expectations but little emphasis on customer service - gotta pick one over the other. Constant over the shoulder picking if not meeting unrealistic goals. Limited team work between departments - also due to low emphasis on customer service.

Ok starting pay, CEO who is quitting is nice, lots of branded stuff like coffee mugs, etc. pizza parties

Cons

Openly racist behaviors like confederate flag wearing, directly rude about skin color, speak up about it and get targeted. Lots of injured workers who were targeted and terminated. Loud Trump supporters in the break room saying crazy things.

Supervisors and Management are not well equipped running a team. Favoritism is rampant and you will get singled out if you are not meeting unrealistic expectations made for every single worker in a team
