Pros

They created a new training program that gets new employees more prepared. People think it’s a good place to work.

Cons

Outdated technology that crashes all the time and is complicated to use, minimal pay, more is added to your plate without increasing pay. You can go anywhere else and make more and do less. Every bank pays more. No specialist. You’re a universal employee. High goals you can’t meet because you’re a teller most the time because there’s no staff. It’s just getting worse.

The pay was very low for the Vacaville/Solano COL Lots of micromanaging. Felt like management was breathing down your shoulder Turn over rate is high for a reason Focused on metrics that were unreasonable
