Business Outlook
Pros
Lower managers are great and try their hardest to coach and train you. Pay is great but be ready to go above abs beyond what other companies ask of you.
Cons
Fake culture about advocacy, when metric goals are assigned to all retail employees. CEO seems to care, but the message doesnt come down the line the same as when he rolls an initiative down. There’s an AVP for an AVP, but branches are always short staffed. Goals, Goals and more goals but no incentive. HR is very inconsistent on handling employee issues.
