      A lot of politics, not a lot of recognizing of top proforming employees, no commission.

      Everyone in HQ was super friendly and helpful when you needed information or assistance.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects can take awhile to get going. Communication is a bit poor between management and employees and cross departmentally.
