Great benefits great pay.. free coffee

Cons

Heavy handed punishments for mistakes. Doesn’t listen to those who come from higher functioning financial institutions. You will be handicapped from what you can do into how they make you perform. Management team for the call center favors all women. In fact the majority of the higher positions are held by woman and they safeguard the positions.
