Pros

-Honestly, the people I worked with and the customers (not all) were the best part of working here. -Chill atmosphere for the most part.

Cons

-The technology in the stores needs a major update. Tons of different systems that dont interact with one another and make simple things like online returns a pain in the behind. -Upper management doesnt know anything. Our DM didn’t know how to use the POS or where to find certain information in Zipline or how to properly pronounce the name of our “most popular shorts.” -Not an ounce of diversity in the company. -Once youve served your purpose, prepare to be treated like you never mattered.

Pros

We have fun, the pay is OK, my direct manager is good, I get a nice discount, and a discount at Top Golf. They don’t beat us down over selling and we are all pretty much friends. We don’t get write ups which can be good or bad I guess. We get to enjoy sports on TV and playing games in the store. We have really good products for girls now.

Cons

There’s no new hire training program for managers or client associates. I got a piece of paper like a list and that’s all. It was outdated. I asked my manager for more and they asked for more and was told we don’t have that yet but we just had a big anniversary. How is that possible? The new sales program is confusing and another place where they don’t give us the training tools or time we need. I first heard about it from our manager earlier this year but its not something that we can find info about on our employee website. It sometime feels like we are going out of business. I do not see a way to get promoted when I cant get training.
