Very structured and professional, yet casual and lots of friendly, capable employees of diverse backgrounds. Lots of perks in company culture and lifestyle. Taking a swing at the simulator or seeing professional athletes come in frequently.

Cons

Sometimes too structured and lots of growing pains. Because it is fast-growing and constantly changing, lots of basic needs and feelings of stability/routine are not met sometimes. Company's image and customer could use some diversity/expansion.
