      Extremely high turnover rate. (There are several employees on the departure list weekly) Extreme micro management, Travis Mathew appears to be a fun place to work from the outside. However most non management employees are unhappy and frustrated. Inexperienced management. Lack of vision. Low interoffice morale. Rules Rules Rules

      Micro management to the extreme! Constant meetings and discussion of processes. Very high turnover rate for a reason. Cell phones not allowed to be used while at work as a company rule.
