Pros

as most have mentioned, the people doing the day to day are great to work with.

Cons

I have been at TM for just over 3 years, and I've never seen a management team with less experience that actually think they know what they're doing. They continue to hire middle management types because they are afraid to deal with the problems. I've never seen so many meetings take place where nothing gets accomplished. They continue to push a company culture when it suits them, however they do not live by these rules. I'm only giving a 1 star on the below, because 0 stars is not available.
