      Remote onboarding process was very smooth. All things were explained very clearly. Everyone is very helpful. You can talk to anyone without any hesitation.

      - Company is growing at fast pace and hence i find a lot of opportunity to learn and grow - Provides regular communication, encourage new ideas and growth personally and professionally - You get to work with top thought leaders who are smart, collaborative and willing to share - Opportunity to work on cutting edge technology, advance data science and data engineering problems - Tredence spends a lot of time and energy in training and up-skill its employees - Company value its employees and respect individual contributions - Very strong and easily approachable leadership and HR team - Good pay and timely hike I am excited to be a part of Tredence

      - While we grow there are things that are evolving (structured approach, understand the strong/weak zone) - In many cases, we rely on manager's decisions. It could be single point of failure
