Pros

1)You can approach management for any help at any point in time. 2)Great Learning curve, Especially for people who wanted to start their career in Analytics space. You can see people from tredence getting good opportunitys from bigger firms, especially walmart, Flipkart,Amazon etc,, Which itself speaks that you get to learn a lot. 3)Flexible work options(ofcourse you will have to slaugh when ever there is a need, It is pretty common in the corporate world. 4)If you are looking for 9 to 5 job, this is not the place, better not to join, But if you are some one who wanted to make career, Who wanted to learn, this is the place. In simple words work hard and play hard. 5)I think one of the few company's who has provided ESOPS, for all the employees. 6)Good inhouse found, three times, where we can save lot of money.

Cons

At times long working hours. Appreciate more transparency.

Pros

This place has no pros . One of the worst places I have worked in my lifetime.

Cons

1) Highly political environment. Toxic to the core . 2) Senior Managers and Founders dont know a single thing about big data but they call themselves a analytics company . 3) Not so great HR policies. The reason is HRs are themselves scraed for their jobs due to incompetence . Why are there so many HRs in the first place . Remove them and hire tech talent. 4) Partiallity towards older employees. If older employees or friends of senior managers made mistake ,somehow they were shielded and blame game was played. Usually newcomers or new joinees were the ones who were forced to take blame.
