      Like any other consulting firm in the services domain, a lot depends on the client and the project you get assigned to. Not are clients are fun to work with Work life balance can be challenging given call timings and other commitments Mentorship at senior levels can be hard for ICs

      Only those people can survive here those who have joined at lead or managers level and are greedy for some perks. Even they would face criticism from people who are already in the company since couple of years.

      Cons

      No respect. Poor work. Nothing in Analytics, just SQL.
