Free Food and fruits, on time salary

Cons

Not a transparent environment! HR will not know the exact reason why an employee left coz manager would have tweaked it as per his requirement to save his butt. HR will think that the employee absconded, but the truth will be different.

Pros

If you are starting or are in your early phase of career, I would definitely recommend Tredence. The company and its employees are young. Work is challenging most of the time because you are expected to solve a lot of different problems for your respective clients as well as for Tredence(lot of org initiatives happening) in a very rapid manner.

Cons

Work - life balance needs to improve. Some hard rules regarding this must be implemented. Employees are also responsible for not maintaining work-life balance
