      Pros

      Non-hierarchical working environment where any one can reach out to any senior. Good exposure through variegated projects. Quarterly team outings are something to look out for and yes we get free food 3 times a day with unlimited fruits and snacks available (24*7)

      Cons

      At times workload is too much but its still part of the job we have to do.
