The offsite trip was truly an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, the stay was comfortable, and the overall arrangements were excellent. Meeting the entire team in person made the trip even more special, and it felt great connecting with everyone outside of work. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable experience. Looking forward to more such trips in the future!

Cons

One area where there is potential for enhancement is compensation. While the work culture and opportunities for growth are excellent, aligning salary increments more closely with market standards—particularly for consistently high-performing employees—would further strengthen employee satisfaction and retention. Even a modest market correction could have a positive impact.
