1. You will get an opportunity to work & learn on every bit of analytics from descriptive to prescriptive 2. Awards & appraisal will be on your productivity rather than hard work will keep you motivated for learning new things be more productive 3. Open culture gives you complete ownership of your work, your manager will be your mentor instead of an instructor 4. A lot of perks (food & cab), but can't help you stay long in the company until or unless you are self motivated to create an impact for you and the others.
