Pros
Lots to learn if you're starting out, though the curve is steep. If you're willing, there's always more to be done. Very open culture, and you can play an active role in shaping the company's future (if you wish to).
Cons
Work can eat up a large part of the day. Quality of work isn't always amazing, and can get monotonous at times. If you're not very outspoken, difficult to make yourself and your opinions heard.
