      Pros

      Plenty of OT when I was out there. Nearly like a family with coworkers, possibly as we worked 7 days a week for quite a long time. Either way I loved the job.

      Cons

      Too much OT. 7 days a week at 8-12 hours a day. Not enough time with family.

      Pros

      TreeHouse offers work life balance. The summer hours are great. The pay is okay. The managers are great.

      Cons

      Lots of handoffs in processes and managers don't hold their staff accountable. Little room to advance.

      Pros

      The benefits are standard with industry, but the company doesn't go above standard. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      The company is constantly changing and can't keep there feet still long enough to commit to improving what is already there. Always acquiring and divesting companies along with constantly changing the workforce. I don't particularly trust management to get things figured out before making crazy new moves to save money. Typical company that only cares about the stock price.
