Pros
Health care, paid vacation and sick leave, good pay for hourly employees
Cons
Poor management, upper management team will not listen to lower management or any hourly employee suggestions to the point hourly employees don’t want anything to do with management above Supervisors, HR is not trusted by most in the plant, Safety is a constant joke about the bottom of people’s shoes, high turn over rate of supervisors and hourly’s, culture has not improved under current management that have been there 5+ years. Managers are hypocritical and hold grudges when employees don’t see eye to eye with them. Continuous improvement is going backwards.
