      Pros

      Easy job to hide your mistakes and blame others. It's all about the politics especially if you are from Mexico or speak Spanish. Meetings from the plant manager were in all Spanish. Great for Mexicans, not Americans.

      Cons

      Everyone is under paid except for the upper management. If you do good at your job it's frowned upon as if you are not about work. It's all about fitting in there, but you will still be under paid. Some folks are right at minimum wage and do the hardest work.

      Pros

      The best reason,is I know this company is a good company because they treat their workers good and their services to the world is excellent,so I want to have that experience.

      Cons

      The challenges of working there is that , since the company is a foreign company , sometimes we the foreigners find it difficult to get employment do to the process you go through.
