Forced Overtime, Office Manager are buddy buddy, No real promotions from within, Managers spend time in the office and pretend like they know your job better than you do.

-Unrealistic Expectations -Favoritism. If your one of the managers favorites, they will pawn off your work to others. Even if you not getting job done due to excessive socialization.
