Payscale is good for the industry and positions. During Covid any employees that could complete their work from home were allowed to do so.

Cons

There is very little sense of culture outside of my small group of colleagues. I have seen the company hire from outside rather than move on existing, accomplished, excellent reviewed employees for even a lateral role due to wanting to have an employee in a specific office.

The new leadership team honestly killed the culture which was what differentiated THS from other food manufacturing companies.
