      Valuable ramp experience, but chaotic management and no training

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.

      Only pay not one other thing

      Cons

      Mother than decent pay it’s all bad. If cutting n corners is remotely possible they will. Dont expect any assistance with tools or equipment. Also dont expect the decency of them sticking to their schedule. You will be expected to always be on call and to come in at their slightest inconvenience.
