Pros
The day to day is very nice. There are a lot of great, passionate employees. They make a great product and are an exemplary American company. The onsite cafe is amazing and they promote a healthy lifestyle. Their message is genuine.
Cons
It's like being in high school. A lot of politics, double speak, and favoritism from management. Some of the managers climb the ladder if they are yes men regardless of effectiveness or qualifications. There is a lack of leadership and accountability because certain managers are immune from taking responsibility. It's not a good place for creatives to thrive unless you're an industrial designer. Below industry standard pay.
